Testing Your Alarm System

It is important to test your Alarm System at least once a month in order to ensure that it is in perfect operational order. Your alarm system is the foundation of the security of your family and your possessions.

Follow this 4 step process once a month;

1) Phone the Deep Blue Control Room on 021 790 7901 and inform them that you are going to test your alarm. The controller will ask for your password to validate the request.

2) The control room will put you on test mode for 30 minutes

3) Arm your system and proceed to test every Infrared Detector, Fixed Panic Buttons, Outdoor Beams i.e. every device linked to your control panel.

4) Once complete phone the control room and ask for confirmation that they have received all the signals. Once they confirm that all signals are in order, they will take your system off test mode.

Easily done!
